Here at Pennine Mini Piling we install piles that provide a you with a solid foundation on which to build should you discover that ground conditions don't allow for other more traditional foundations. All of our piles are 150mm diameter bottom driven steel piles and by their very nature these small piles are ideal where there are access, noise or vibration issues. Our work is carried out on house extension foundations and on new build house foundations. We can help should you have anywhere between one small single storey extension and ten houses to build.

Our mini piles are installed using an air compressor driven Hammerhead piling hammer. All that we need to carry out mini piling can be brought to site in the back of a van, therefore allowing us access to almost anywhere.
