Andrew Mill, Greenfield

Andrew Mill is a small development of 4 executive houses in Greenfield, Saddleworth. We started work on this challenging, sloping site in November 2016. Each house required piled foundations and in three of the houses stepped foundations and retaining walls were needed. Piles at this location went as deep as 8 metres onto the local sandstone.
